Verner Panton

Verner Panton (1926-1996), trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, and initially worked at Arne Jacobsen’s architectural practice. He established his own design office in 1955. Panton is regarded today as a major contributor to the development of design in the second half of the 20th century.
