GEORG JENSEN

Vivianna watch
The Vivianna watch was designed for Georg Jensen by Vivianna Torun Bulow-Hube in 1962 for an exhibition at the Musee des Arts Decoratifs at the Louvre in Paris.
“A watch should not make us prisoners of time - but liberate us” Torun said. “The bangle is open-ended to symbolise that time should not bind us, and the dial like a mirror reminds us that life is now.”
Torun's watch was artistically original and daring and has become a legend, exhibited at several museums, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
